Todd Coastal Properties is a family oriented firm, specializing in the Greater San Diego Area. Whitney Todd, the broker, was born and raised in Rancho Santa Fe.  He has been a broker since 1990.  Whit is a proud alumini of the University of Montana, and a former Grizzly Great. 

Elizabeth Todd, Whitney's wife, is a third generation real estate agent. She began real estate with Coldwell Banker, then moved to the Willis Allen Real Estate Company.  Elizabeth has been a resident of California since 1988.  She also loves the mountains as a Castleton State College alumni in Vermont.  Her brother Jeff is a real estate broker in Connecticut where they grew up. 

Phylllis Morrow, Elizabeth's Mom, is a real estate agent for Todd Coastal Properties.  Her experience of more than thirty years as an agent for both Coldwell Banker and Century 21, in Connecticut and California, is an invaluable asset. Phyllis specializes in San Diego, North County Inland.

Linda Bellstrom, also a California native, works as a real estate agent for Todd Coastal Properties.  Additionally, Linda works for the Golf Shop Operations for the City of San Diego, including Torrey Pines Golf Course and Balboa Golf Course.
